Are you ready to bring your enthusiasm, accuracy and reporting skills to a fast-paced coordination role in our Glasgow Head Office? At GAP Hire Solutions, we are looking for a Fleet Disposals Coordinator to join our Asset Management & Supply Chain Department. This is a fast-paced role where you will maintain and update various fleet disposal, assist in processing sales and maintain and produce monthly reports. If you have an eye for detail and good communication skills then this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact and advisor regarding the disposal of GAP Group assets
- Coordinate plant, tool and vehicle sales requests from GAP's depot network
- Process, maintain and ensure accuracy of ‘GAP Group Assets for Disposal' process
- Generate disposals reports as required
- Assist in managing the decommissioning of vehicles and the plant refurbishment and major repair programme
- Ensure prompt and accurate completion of paperwork, records and reports
About You
What We're Looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Previous experience and product knowledge in the hire industry is highly advantageous
