If you have a background in project delivery within the Events industry, then we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to ensure that all event elements – including logistics, production, planning, staffing and client expectations are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This position covers the North region and will involve frequent travel and overnight stays.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise and plan assigned events, ensuring all project milestones are achieved
- Provide close support to the Project Managers and site team on allocated contracts
- Liaise with clients to ensure delivery to expectations are consistent
- Maintain excellent client and supplier relations to support future collaborations
- Site supervision, motivation and management of employed and temporary workforce
- Prepare detailed post-event reports
About You
- Experience of delivering a high quality service to large-scale events
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear instruction
- A high degree of computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
- A full current driving licence and a flexible approach to work
