The Role:
Working on the Central Hire Desk, based in our Glasgow Head Office, the Major Account Hire & Sales Coordinator ensures that all business between selected Major Account customers and GAP Group are carried out in an efficient and effective manner. You will operate and maintain spreadsheets, manage telephone enquiries from customers and GAP employees, obtain detailed information from customers and produce weekly reports. It is a highly detailed role as you will be responsible for raising contracts and authorising purchase order invoices in line with customer agreements.
About You
Applicants should have:
β’ Significant experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced accounts administration role, preferably within the Hire industry
β’ Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet competing deadlines
β’ Strong attention to detail with experience of analysing data and producing high quality reports
β’ Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
β’ Proficient in MS Office packages, specifically Excel and Word
