The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

Based at the Glasgow Head Office on the Central Hire Desk, ensure that all business between selected Major Account customers and GAP Group is carried out efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain spreadsheets and manage telephone enquiries from customers and GAP employees.
  • Obtain detailed information from customers and produce weekly reports.
  • Raise contracts and authorise purchase order invoices in line with customer agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced accounts administration role, preferably within the Hire industry.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet competing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience of analysing data and producing high quality reports.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages, specifically Excel and Word.
