Our nationwide Non Mechanical division hires a range of equipment including crowd control barriers, scaffolding, and road plates to the events industry, alongside our traditional business sectors within construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
Role of the HGV Driver
The HGV Driver is responsible for loading, delivering, and collecting equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner, while driving responsibly and safely within the law at all times. On customer sites, there may be a requirement to demonstrate hire equipment, and the driver must ensure all relevant checks and administration are completed accurately.
About You
Applicants should have:
- Significant experience in an HGV driving role involving loading, delivering, and collecting equipment from customer sites
- Class 2 driving licence, Driver CPC with at least 35 hours completed, and a valid Digital Tachograph card
- An understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
