The role
A Full-time Business Development Executive Position Focused On Converting Warm Inbound Consumer Enquiries Into Booked Regulated Financial Advice Appointments. There Is No Cold Calling — You Will Speak With UK Consumers Who Have Already Responded To Our Campaigns And Requested Information. Your Responsibility Is To
- Qualify suitability and build trust quickly
- Convert interest into confirmed appointments
- Manage structured follow‑up
- Maintain CRM accuracy
- Deliver against defined performance metrics
Key responsibilities
- Contacting warm inbound UK enquiries
- Clearly qualifying consumers against defined criteria
- Booking regulated financial advice appointments
- Managing structured follow‑up sequences
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Achieving defined weekly and monthly KPIs within compliance‑led standards
Earnings structure
- £28,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission
- £60,000+ realistic OTE, with top performers exceeding this
- Short sales cycle; commission paid promptly
Working structure
- Full-time position
- Initial onboarding and training at our Congleton office
- Primarily remote once established; office‑based working available
- Structured hours, clear KPIs and defined expectations
