The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to support the Managing Director and have the role purpose-built around them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Training will be provided, with the opportunity to become a vital member of a successful, collaborative team.
- Preparing, negotiating, and agreeing final accounts.
- Procuring subcontractor and material packages.
- Preparing cost budgets and pricing contract variations.
- Preparing monthly management reports.
- Monitoring and controlling expenditure against budgets.
