We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in driving technical standards, overseeing design coordination, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical function across residential projects, supporting both design and site teams.
- Oversee all technical aspects of developments from land acquisition through to site completion.
- Review and coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and design information to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and drive effective solutions.
- Ensure projects adhere to building regulations, company policies, and NHBC standards.
- Provide ongoing technical support and advice to site teams during construction phases.
- Act as a key link between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
About You
- Previous experience as a Technical Manager, Design Manager, or similar within the housebuilding sector.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, building regulations, and NHBC standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to build positive relationships with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (site visits required).
