Gap Construction are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, alteration, and major works projects across multiple sectors.
We are looking for a motivated Building Surveyor to join the team, delivering a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, education, leisure, and retail sectors.
- Lead surveying and contract administration across projects
- Undertake building surveys, feasibility studies, and provide technical advice
- Manage defects, variations, and project communications
- Experience in Building Surveying, including refurbishment or social housing
- Contract Administration experience with JCT contracts
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and refurbishment works
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
