Gap Construction are working with a well-established, family-run construction and building maintenance contractor based in King's Lynn. With a strong reputation across East Anglia and a consistent pipeline of work, the business is known for its long-standing client relationships and quality delivery across sectors including commercial, hospitality, pubs, retail, and refurbishment.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring in a Contracts Coordinator / Operational Administrator to support the smooth running of projects from instruction through to completion. This is a varied and important role within the operational team, supporting live projects, updating customer portals, coordinating information, and ensuring contracts run efficiently across the retail and hospitality division.

Performance Objectives

  • Supporting contracts from initial instruction through to completion
  • Updating customer portals and internal systems
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and operational administration
