Gap Construction is extremely proud to be working with a well established, family owned contractor specialising in drylining and refurbishment projects to recruit a Trainee Project Manager. This role is designed as a structured entry point into the industry, offering hands on exposure across multiple departments and a clear grounding in how projects are delivered from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be supported on the pathway to becoming a fully qualified PM, supporting experienced team members and building a solid understanding of processes, standards, and day to day operations. Person Specification
- A background in construction, project management, or a related field would be advantageous but not essential.
- Basic understanding of project environments, particularly within drylining or refurbishment, would be beneficial.
- Currently studying towards, or recently achieved, a relevant qualification in construction or project management.
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to listen, learn, and take direction from experienced colleagues.
