Based in Ipswich, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to develop their career with one of the leading names in the interiors space.
The Role:
You will work closely with the commercial team to support the delivery of fit-out projects valued between £3m and £20m. This position offers excellent exposure to fast-paced, technically interesting schemes with the backing of a supportive and experienced team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing valuations, cost reports, and subcontractor packages
- Support with contract administration and change management
- Help track project costs and ensure accurate forecasting
- Liaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to support commercial delivery
- Ensure commercial processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
About You:
- HND or degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role (ideally within interiors or fit-out)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, professional environment
