Site Manager £55,000 – £60,000 Bridgewater, Sommerset gap construction is proud to be recruiting for a prestigious nationwide drylining contractor. The successful candidate will join an active project near Bridgwater. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in the drylining industry, experience with Fieldwire/Fieldview software, and an ambitious mindset. This role offers the opportunity to work at my client’s newest office, ensuring a long pipeline of work and rapid career progression. Performance Objectives Ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are always maintained. To work with the team to make sure the projects are delivered by the company’s deadline, in budget and to the highest standard. Responsible for the management of subcontractors, communicating with them daily to ensure work is being undertaken to plan and the relevant standards are being achieved.
