Contracts Manager – Residential Housebuilder Location: Hertfordshire/North London Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 gap construction is excited to be working with a highly respected, bespoke residential housebuilder in their search for a Contracts Manager to join their residential team in Hertfordshire. They’ve been proud to be building high quality home in Hertfordshire for almost 100 years. Performance Objectives Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, managing scope, time, cost, quality, and communication. Ensure residential projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
