I'm currently looking to speak with Site Engineers and Sub Agents in the Norfolk area. I'm partnering with several Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors who are seeking support on a range of highways projects. There is a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming work across the region, with opportunities available both inside and outside IR35.

The Opportunity
This is your chance to work with leading contractors delivering major infrastructure improvements across Norfolk. You'll be contributing to high-profile highways schemes that enhance regional transport networks, while also progressing your career on well-structured and professionally run projects.
The Role
As a Sub Agent, you will support the delivery of site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating teams and subcontractors
- Overseeing temporary works
- Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 and NEC contract requirements
- Monitoring progress and quality, identifying issues, and helping keep the project on track
- Supporting engineers and contributing to safe, productive site operations
