We are looking for a credible on-track rail professional to support the rollout of a new possession support system. This is a practical, site-focused role suited to someone from a safety-critical background who thrives on track and wants a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities- Attend night possessions to support deployment activities
- Follow structured processes and resolve real-time on-site issues
- Coach and guide track teams on new ways of working
- Feedback risks, issues, and observations to the Project Manager
- Previous experience as an ES, COSS, SWL, H&S Advisor, or similar
- Strong credibility on site with excellent people skills
- Calm, practical, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable with basic reporting and technology
- Full UK driving licence
- Lives within 20 miles of Glasgow or Edinburgh
- Happy working predominantly nights
- Salary up to £45k
- £5k car allowance
