Looking for your next long-term opportunity? I'm working with a leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team delivering a major, long-term programme of works across the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a secure pipeline of work for years to come, offering genuine stability, career development and exposure to complex infrastructure projects. Rail experience isn't essential. We're keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors from main contractor backgrounds across construction, civil engineering or infrastructure. If you've predominantly worked under JCT contracts but are looking to move into a different sector, this could be the ideal opportunity.
The role:
- Commercial management of major infrastructure projects
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Managing change and variations
- Working closely with operational teams and clients
- Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
- Supporting project profitability and commercial performance
