I'm working with a growing consultancy in the infrastructure and utilities sector that is looking to appoint an Estimator to join its established Cost Intelligence team.
You'll provide critical cost insights, support investment decisions, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects across a range of frameworks and programmes.
- Prepare estimates at various stages of project development using cost models and detailed estimating techniques
- Develop CAPEX, OPEX and NPV assessments to support option selection and project planning
- Undertake project benchmarking and establish cost envelopes for early-stage projects
- Carry out cost assurance reviews of project estimates and contractor submissions
- Support the collection and analysis of historical cost data to improve future forecasting
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors and internal teams across multiple projects
Experience within estimating, cost planning or cost management in infrastructure, utilities, engineering or construction sectors
- Strong analytical and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within project teams
