We’re looking for a Bid & Contracts Coordinator to join our Compliance Team at our Derby head office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, working to deadlines, and supporting business-critical activity.
You’ll play a key role in coordinating bid and tender activity, supporting contract and compliance processes, and ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities include:
- Managing bid documentation
- Maintaining procurement portals and company profiles
- Supporting proposal preparation
- Helping develop a central Bid Library
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with the ability to work across teams
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
