An established engineering consultancy is looking for a Civil Design Engineer to support a growing portfolio of wastewater infrastructure projects across the North West. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly improve critical infrastructure and the environment.

You will play a key role in the design and delivery of wastewater infrastructure projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical engineering solutions for a range of schemes across the regulated water sector. Projects currently include:
- Upgrades to wastewater treatment works
- Pumped storm storage schemes
- Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) improvement projects
- New-build pumping stations
- Environmental improvement and compliance programmes
- Wider wastewater network infrastructure projects
- Civil Engineering design experience within infrastructure or utilities projects
- Experience working on projects within the UK regulated water industry
- Strong technical design and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
- Comfortable managing workload and delivering to programme deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Hybrid office base from Manchester with occasional site visits across project locations. Travel expenses paid for site attendance.
