The Opportunity:
Based in a rail division with a turnover in excess of £200 million, you will take lead managing rail projects within the Eastern region of the UK. The projects will include a variety of Rail Structures, such as Bridges and Platforms, as well as Rail Station refurbishments, such as Step Free Access / Access for All, implementing Lift Shafts, Ramps and other cosmetics.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the development and update of all site documentation, such as WPP’s, Task Briefings, Quality Plans, Test & Inspection Plans. You will also ensure all staff including sub-contractors follow site procedures and complete works to their contractual requirements.
Established as a key supplier to Network Rail amongst others, you will be joining an award-winning provider of engineering services into the rail, highways, waterways, and utilities sectors. Recognised as being helpful, professional, and innovative contractors, as part of this team you will be expected to lead continuous improvement initiatives that will increase engagement and profile with key customers that optimise works delivery.
