As a result, an established engineering consultancy is looking to strengthen its team with a Civil Design Engineer to support a growing portfolio of wastewater infrastructure projects across the North West.

The Role
You'll play a key role in the design and delivery of wastewater infrastructure projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical engineering solutions for a range of schemes across the regulated water sector. Projects currently include upgrades to wastewater treatment works, pumped storm storage schemes, CSO improvements and new-build pumping station developments. This is a role that offers variety, technical challenge and exposure to projects that are central to the future of the UK's water infrastructure.

About You
- Civil Engineering design experience within infrastructure or utilities projects
- Experience working on projects within the UK regulated water industry
- Strong technical design and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
- Comfortable managing workload and delivering to programme deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Working Arrangements
Hybrid office base from Manchester. Occasional site visits across project locations. Travel expenses paid for site attendance.
