This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of highways and infrastructure schemes, from early feasibility through to construction.

The Role
- Lead the delivery of highways and infrastructure projects from concept and feasibility through to construction.
- Oversee schemes involving local and strategic highways, junction improvements, traffic management, active travel and public transport infrastructure.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead technical development, ensuring designs meet relevant National Highways standards, DMRB and road safety requirements.
- Prepare and oversee technical reports, feasibility studies, design documentation and tender packages.
- Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, contractors and wider project stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, helping develop the team's capabilities.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering highways or wider infrastructure engineering projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of highway design, transport planning, traffic management and infrastructure improvements.
- Experience managing projects, budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D or GIS.
- A Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification.
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, or actively working towards it.
- Up to £90k for the right experience.
