Location: Bristol / Avon
Salary: Base Rate £22/hour (Ltd) 40 hour working week; days only M-F. Potential for overtime (rates vary dependent on shift). Circa £45K pa base.

Role Summary:
We have a vacancy for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join an operational team based in a local paint facility in Bristol. This is a single site position working on vehicle paint spraying in a specialised paint team, supporting a wider repair facility. You will be responsible for prep and paint activities, adhering to quality and safety guidelines.
The role:
- Prepare and spray paint, exteriors/interiors of vehicles and associated components, using agreed product methods and procedures.
- Organise and maintain the workspace to enhance the efficiency of your work and the quality of the product being produced.
- Maintain safe working conditions in line with Health and Safety, COSHH and customer/suppliers’ recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in detailed high quality paint spraying – ideally from an automotive background but will also consider other vehicles or aviation backgrounds.
- Experience of water based paints would be desirable.
- Experience of working on larger vehicles or complex projects such as HGV or specialist vehicle livery would be highly advantageous.
You must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs and alcohol test and be happy to undergo regular medicals as part of the occupational health and safety policy.
