Ready to be more than just the Health & Safety Advisor?
The Company
If you're the kind of Health & Safety professional who wants to influence a business rather than simply tick compliance boxes, this could be exactly what you've been looking for. Our client is an ambitious construction contractor experiencing significant growth across the UK. As they continue to secure larger, more complex projects, they're looking for someone who can become the driving force behind Health & Safety across the business not just maintain standards, but elevate them.
This isn't a role where you'll be buried in paperwork or confined to one site. You'll have the freedom to travel across the UK, build relationships with project teams, and genuinely influence the way Health & Safety is delivered from the ground up.
The Opportunity
Based from the company's office in Stansted, you'll spend your time supporting a variety of construction projects across the UK, ranging from large warehouse developments and civil engineering works through to residential schemes and renewable energy projects. No two weeks will look the same. One day you'll be walking a live construction site, working alongside project teams to solve challenges before they become problems. The next you'll be advising senior management, helping shape company procedures, or preparing for the next phase of a major development.
This is a business that wants someone who'll take ownership, bring ideas to the table and become a trusted figure across every project.
Who We're Looking For
You’ll ideally hold a NEBOSH qualification, be working towards or already hold TechIOSH or Grad IOSH membership, possess a CSCS Professionally Qualified Person Card, and have a full UK driving licence. Previous construction experience is advantageous, but attitude, communication skills and the ability to adapt are valued just as highly.
What's In It For You?
Alongside a salary of £55,000–£60,000, you'll receive a company car, fuel card, and fully funded accommodation whenever you're working away. More importantly, you'll be joining a business that genuinely invests in its people. Whether that's funding additional qualifications, supporting professional development or creating opportunities to progress into leadership, they're committed to helping ambitious people build long-term careers.
If you've ever felt like your current employer has no room to progress, this role offers the chance to join a growing business where you can shape the future of Health & Safety—not just maintain it.
Take the Next Step
