This opportunity sits with a well-established contractor operating on the South West Environment Agency Framework, delivering a portfolio of reservoir improvement and upgrade schemes in and around the Taunton area. Operating as a managing contractor, the business works closely with its supply chain to deliver complex infrastructure projects safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative commercial team on a contract basis, supporting the successful delivery of key environmental and water infrastructure projects.
The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide day-to-day commercial support across several live reservoir schemes. The role will primarily focus on subcontractor management, administration of NEC contracts, management of Compensation Events, and ensuring robust commercial control throughout project delivery.
