Stansted

Monday to Friday – 40 hour week

The Company

Ganymede Solutions are pleased to have partnered with a successful Principal Subcontractor supplying to some of the big players within the rail/civils sector, including Balfour Beatty, Skanska, Kier Group and many more! This is the perfect time to join this business as they have just signed up to a handful of exciting new projects valued between £1m to 10m! They pride themselves on providing a high-quality service and building strong relationships with their clients. Providing specialist groundworks for warehouse construction across the UK, including but not limited to roads, sewer, and reinforced concrete frames. They provide specialists construction work across commercial, industrial and residential developments.

The Role and Responsibilities

As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will be supporting the director and wider team including projects, sub-contractors and direct clients offering your expertise on various preconstruction works across multiple disciplines such as road/sewers, warehouse construction and much more!

As the Senior Health and Safety advisor, you will be required to travel to multiple sites across the UK including the occasion trips back to the head office.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Support the senior management team in achieving the company health and safety objectives
  • Promote a strong and positive presence through positive safety culture and visible leadership and engagement
  • Pre-construction planning
  • Compliant and up to date with legislations and company policies

About You

You will be an experienced Health and Safety Advisor within the Rail, Civils, Construction Sector. Happy to travel to various sites, my client’s customer sites vary from anywhere across the Yorkshire and Humber round down to Devon. NEBOSH certified within general and or construction.

Remuneration

Salary up to £65k per annum + Company vehicle, including a fuel card.
