This role is potentially outside IR35 (Subject to determination), offering a 12-month plus contract, working on a chemical dosing / water treatment upgrade. You’ll be joining a small but experienced team at the start of the project, giving you real influence over site delivery and performance.

The Role:
You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, including programme, quality, health & safety, temporary works, and environmental plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing site teams and resource allocation
- Overseeing packages of work and controlling changes in scope
- Providing engineering solutions and supporting design to build delivery
- Attending meetings with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors
- Producing progress and performance reports
- Conducting audits and maintaining site diaries
- Ensuring RAMS, permits, inductions, and safety briefings are completed correctly
Your Profile:
- Experienced Site Agent / Senior Site Agent with Tier 1 project experience
- Strong communication, IT, and resource management skills
- Civil engineering background (HND/Degree preferred)
- SMSTS, CSCS, valid driving licence
- Experience in water / wastewater projects desirable but not essential
