A major civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of framework projects across the Eastern region. The Role
- Contract administration under NEC
- Subcontractor procurement and package management
- Managing subcontract accounts through to final account
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Managing compensation events and commercial risk
- Working closely with operational and delivery teams
- Supporting framework-based project delivery across the region
