Location – Poole

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a long-term construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stable work on a large-scale infrastructure development with consistent hours and long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely manage vehicle movements on and around site.
  • Control access for deliveries and site traffic.
  • Coordinate HGV movements using radio communication.
  • Ensure all site traffic follows safe access procedures.
  • Work closely with the site management team to maintain efficient traffic flow.
  • Follow all health and safety requirements and site procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Traffic Marshal qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of site safety and traffic management.
