Are you an Electrical Technician seeking a role where you will be supervising a team to support the maintenance of the Rail Network?
The Company
This award-winning operator is looking for an Electrical Technician to be a key contributor in their small, close-knit team as they continue its desire to offer the most reliable urban public transport system in the UK. Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader you will be responsible for the management of Assistant Technicians and Sub Contractors that carry out work across the Rail Network.
The Role
As the Electrical Technician, you will be required to conduct planned and reactive maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical rail assets, carrying out fault diagnostics and repair, as well as providing written reports on works carried out. It is essential that you are Electrically biased, as you will be responsible for carrying out Overhead Line Isolations when works are carried out, by either your team or sub-contractors.
About you
Being an experienced Electrical Technician within an Engineering or Rail environment, you will be experienced in maintaining complex plant, structures and equipment including maintenance and renewal activities.
- Experience of working within an ISO9001 organisation.
- Communicate effectively across the business, including written reports.

Salary up to £47,173.45 per annum, working 32 hours a week on a permanent Night Shift, Free rail travel, and an attractive company pension scheme.
