The Role We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our night shift cleaning team as the Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader, based at Carlisle Station. In this role, you will be part of the night shift cleaning team, ensuring that every passenger's journey is clean and comfortable. The night shift team is crucial in maintaining a high service standards, and as the team leader, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding the team to achieve the highest cleanliness standards during your shift. Your role will be essential in overseeing the night shift cleaning team's efforts to efficiently complete their cleaning tasks and deliver top-quality results. The roster plan covers the of working 20:00pm – 06:00am, working a shift pattern of 5 on 4 off or 4 on 5 off. Full flexibility to work on the week is required with overtime often available at managements discretion.
