This role is a long‑term opportunity to work on multi‑million pound water projects across the North West Region, within a company known for high quality delivery, strong safety culture, and internal promotion.
The Role
As M&E Manager, you will oversee the M&E team, providing a personable approach and inspiring the team. You will be accountable for the portfolio delivery strategy, including framework subcontractor arrangements and procurement strategies for water projects. You will manage eight projects initially, ensuring technical governance through procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. You will collaborate with design, estimating, civils and commercial functions to support delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of MEICA requirements, including cost, programme, quality, HSE performance, and resource/technical governance through contract completion.
- Interface with Project Contracts Managers to ensure efficient delivery across the portfolio.
- Interface with the Client’s Project and Operational teams.
- Undertake monthly project reviews and reporting with Portfolio PMs.
- Track relevant KPIs for portfolio sites.
- Develop portfolio‑specific delivery strategies.
- Organise constructability reviews and challenge portfolio projects.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in water civil engineering projects.
- Strong background in MEICA management.
