If you're looking for a contract that offers stability, varied projects and the opportunity to make an immediate impact, this could be the perfect fit.
You'll be joining an established design team working on a diverse portfolio of AMP8 schemes, including sewage treatment works, pumping stations, storm overflow improvements and wider water infrastructure projects.
Producing high-quality mechanical design calculations and drawings.
Supporting the delivery of complex water industry projects from concept through to detailed design.
Liaising with engineers, CAD technicians, equipment suppliers and project stakeholders.
Preparing technical reports, specifications and design documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a business experiencing significant growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects.
We're looking for Mechanical Designers with: Around 5 years' experience delivering mechanical design within the UK water sector.
Experience across wastewater and/or clean water projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and drawing standards.
A Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
The ability to integrate quickly into an established project team and deliver from day one.
Long-term contract with ongoing AMP8 workload.
Hybrid working with approximately three days per week in the Manchester office.
Flexible working hours with core hours between 10am and 4pm.
Immediate start available.
