About the Role
Are you an experienced Senior Planner with a strong background in civil engineering or water infrastructure? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing delivery team, supporting the successful planning and delivery of major infrastructure schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Development: Develop and maintain detailed project programmes from inception through to completion using Primavera P6, ensuring programmes accurately reflect project requirements and progress.
- Planning & Reporting: Monitor project performance, identify critical path activities, programme risks, and mitigation measures, while producing regular planning updates and progress reports for key stakeholders.
- Project Support: Work collaboratively with project, commercial, and site teams to ensure programme accuracy, support pre-construction and tender planning activities, and maintain alignment with contractual milestones and delivery objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Engineering qualification.
- Proven experience as a Senior Planner within civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience creating detailed project programmes from first principles.
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Microsoft Project experience is advantageous.
