- Experience working with heavy mechanical equipment is highly advantageous
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- A positive attitude towards health & safety
- Good communication skills and a strong team mentality
Backgrounds such as heavy mechanical engineering, HGV maintenance, military engineering, aviation or other heavy engineering environments could transfer particularly well into this role.
What's on Offer?

- Salary of £47,000+
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- 12-hour shifts – 7am to 7pm
- Overtime and shift allowance available

- Clear opportunities for progression
- Additional competency-based training and development
- Opportunity to progress towards senior technical and supervisory positions
- Work within an experienced engineering team
