This is an opportunity to work for one of the UK's Leading Contractors on a £50M Water project, with a strong portfolio of future projects! This is a long-term, stable opportunity within a business known for high-quality delivery, strong safety culture, and promoting from within.
As the Senior Project Manager, you will manage and support the programme by ensuring design, procurement and construction phases are clearly defined with a critical path and milestones and ensure that the commercial team are fully involved in the plan and requirements. Monitoring the project regularly to provide reports for the Contracts Manager and liaising with the client.
Liaison with Client Delivery Manager to resolve any issues. Monitoring resource requirements to deliver the projects across Cumbria and report to Contracts Manager.
Ensure monthly Project Review Dashboards are completed by the Project teams in accordance with reporting timetable and are reviewed with Contracts Manager. Ensure that robust commercial forecasts, risk/opportunity registers and Contract Review Action Logs are maintained and reported to Contracts Manager.
Manage risks & opportunities across Cumbria. Manage Client project issues across the portfolio with the Commercial Team.
