About Us Ganymede Energy has partnered with the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installation company, powered by a market leading energy supplier, to recruit an experienced Lead Solar Roofer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing renewable energy business and play a key role in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations across new-build housing developments. You’ll lead a two-person installation team on unoccupied domestic properties, taking responsibility for the delivery of Solar PV projects while supporting and developing the installer working alongside you. The Role As a Lead Solar Roofer, you’ll be responsible for leading your team through the 1st fix installations of Solar PV systems. You’ll act as the main point of contact on site, working closely with planners, supervisors and the wider operations team to ensure projects are delivered to the required high standards. Your daily responsibilities will include: Leading a two-person team to deliver New-build Solar PV installations safely and efficiently. Identifying and completing remedial works where required. Providing guidance, training and support to your team member. Maintaining high standards of workmanship, health and safety and customer service. The Package Basic Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours Per Week Resources: Company van, fuel card, and all necessary tools provided. Strong communication and organisational skills.
