We are currently recruiting for an experienced Environmental Advisor to support the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across the Thames Water framework. This is a hands-on role working across both pre-construction and live site delivery, ensuring environmental compliance is embedded throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will work closely with project teams, operational staff, and subcontractors to provide practical environmental guidance across civils and infrastructure works, with a strong focus on ecology, pollution prevention, and site compliance. The role will involve supporting planning activities, carrying out site inspections and audits, managing environmental non-conformances, and engaging with both clients and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are delivered safely and compliantly.

To be considered, you will need previous experience within construction, utilities, or infrastructure environments, alongside a strong understanding of environmental legislation, ISO 14001, and site-based environmental management. Experience within the water sector or regulated infrastructure would be highly advantageous.
