Key Responsibilities: General building maintenance and repairs, including toilets, door handles, drains, guttering, roofing, and more. Painting, filling, and plastering as required. Supervising subcontractors and checking site paperwork. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30 Overtime available for nights and weekends. Requirements: Relevant experience in building maintenance and repairs. Live locally to Paddington Station. Availability to start within a week’s notice.
