This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's most established infrastructure businesses, with a secured pipeline of long-term AMP8 work and a portfolio of complex, high-value projects that will provide stability and career development for years to come.
The Role
Depending on your level of experience, you'll either support or lead the commercial management of major infrastructure projects from procurement through to final account. There is a large focus on change management within these projects, but typical responsibilities also include:
- Managing high-value work packages £5M-£50M
- Subcontract procurement and commercial management
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- NEC contract administration
- Managing compensation events and change control
- Supporting project commercial performance and client relationships
What we're looking for
- Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within major infrastructure projects
- Experience administering NEC contracts
- Water sector experience is advantageous but not essential
- Commercially driven with the ability to manage projects throughout their lifecycle
- Someone who enjoys working on technically challenging, large-scale projects within a collaborative team environment
