We’re looking for a credible on‑track rail professional to support the rollout of a new possession support system. This is a practical, site‑focused role suited to someone from a safety‑critical background who thrives on track and wants a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend night possessions to support deployment activities
  • Follow structured processes and resolve real-time on-site issues
  • Coach and guide track teams on new ways of working
  • Feedback risks, issues, and observations to the Project Manager

Ideal Background

  • Previous experience as an ES, COSS, SWL, H&S Advisor, or similar
  • Strong credibility on site with excellent people skills
  • Calm, practical, and solutions‑focused
  • Comfortable with basic reporting and technology
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Happy working predominantly nights
