Your primary responsibility will be maintaining the highest cleanliness standards through Full & Deep Cleans before trains return to service, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for thousands of passengers.

You will be responsible for deep cleaning, which includes meticulous interior cleaning such as mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting all surfaces, cleaning upholstery, and performing touchpoint sanitization. You will be working as part of the cleaning team at Eastcroft Depot, Nottingham.\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading train operators and gain valuable experience within the railway sector.\\n\\nIf you have experience in a vehicle, industrial, or house cleaning environment, you have the skills we need. We are looking for people who have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering a clean and safe environment for passengers.\\n\\nKey details:\\n\\nThis position is based on a fixed, compressed shift pattern, offering excellent work-life balance and a reliable routine.\\n\\nThe shift pattern consists of four days on of Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – with Monday as an optional overtime shift with the hours of work being 6:00 am – 14:30 pm although there will be requirements to work up until 16:00pm upon management’s request.\\n\\nThe pay rate for the Day Shift Train Cleaner position is £13.16 per hour.\\n\\nThe position will begin with an initial 4–6-week period at Nottingham Station, during which you will receive support to obtain your Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification.\\n\\nThe Company\\n\\nYou will be joining a respectable company within the railway sector with a great track record of service across 140 routes nationwide.
