The Package
- Basic salary from £39,923 p/a, with higher earning bands available for engineers with additional skills such as 3‑Phase, Medium Pressure
- Average OTE of £48,000 to £53,000 p/a
- Opportunity to earn daily bonus payments; monthly performance bonus; Saturday bonus scheme available; standby payments; enhanced call‑out rates
- 29 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Monthly lunch allowance (≈£720 p/y)
