Administrator in Bellshill

Are you an experienced Administrator ready to take the next step in your career within a business that truly values your contribution? Ganymede are looking for an Administrator to join our established rail recruitment team in Bellshill.

Ganymede supports some of the UK’s biggest rail organisations with specialist labour supply and workforce solutions. We recruit, manage and deploy rail professionals across major projects and long-term contracts, with our teams handling everything from compliance and timesheets through to the day-to-day management of large-scale labour supply operations.

This is a great opportunity to join a small, experienced team with a wealth of knowledge within the rail sector, supporting the day-to-day running of our recruitment operation and helping us deliver a great service.

Working 32 hours per week, you'll need to be available to work Mondays and Tuesdays, with flexibility around the remaining hours. There is also the possibility for the role to develop into a full-time position in the future, if desired.

What will you be doing?

• Providing essential administrative support to the recruitment team, including:
• Supporting the team with the administration of rail recruitment and candidate deployment
• Processing and managing timesheets
• Assisting with KPI reporting and keeping key information up to date
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed correctly
• Liaising with candidates, clients and internal teams
• Providing general administrative support across the recruitment function
• Helping the team stay organised and ensuring contract requirements are met

You'll be joining a highly operational environment, so no two days will necessarily be the same. It's a role that would suit someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in getting the detail right and likes being part of a close-knit team.

About you

• Experienced in an administrative role, ideally within recruitment or another fast-paced, operational environment
• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, while keeping on top of the detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Comfortable working with data, timesheets and KPI reporting, with a good understanding of the importance of accuracy
• A confident communicator, able to build positive relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues both over the phone and face-to-face
• Someone who takes ownership, follows tasks through and isn't afraid to get stuck in when things get busy
• Customer-focused, with a genuine commitment to providing a professional and reliable service
• Rail experience would be desirable, but isn't essential
