Depending on your level, responsibilities will include: Managing project costs Preparing and progressing monthly valuations Managing variations and change Job costing and financial reviews Preparing and agreeing final accounts Monitoring payments against contract terms Reviewing contracts and highlighting commercial risk Working closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and site teams Maintaining accurate project documentation Supporting the wider commercial team What we're looking for
We're interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors from M&E, building services, specialist contracting or wider construction backgrounds.
