The Package
- Basic salary from £39,923 p/a
- Higher earning bands available for engineers with additional skills such as 3 Phase, Medium Pressure
- Average OTE of £48,000 to £53,000 p/a
- Opportunity to earn daily bonus payments
- Monthly performance bonus, with the opportunity to earn between £300 and £500 per month
- Saturday bonus scheme available
- Standby payments
- Enhanced call-out rates
- 29 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
