Are you an experienced store operative with experience of working within an engineering or manufacturing environment?
Are you thinking about looking at a new opportunity within a recently purchased company who are moving to larger, new and improved facilities?
I am working with a well established Leicester company who have been recently acquired by a much large organisation. Due to investment and exciting future plans they are now expanding their operations in Leicester by adding new people and moving into a new larger premises
The Role
- Responsible for the engineering stores and stock control
- Ensure all records are up to date and accurate
- Take responsibility for goods in and goods out
- Ensure all stores are tidy, and everything is where it needs to be
- Make sure full compliance with Health & Safety
- Ensure all raw materials and finished products are stored and packed securely to avoid damage
About You
- Proven experience of working in a stores role within Engineering or Manufacturing
- Able to work with stock control systems
- Physically fit
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Counter Balance FLT License (not essential)
