Site Agent – Contract – Up to £400/day – Bexleyheath

Are you a hands-on Site Agent who thrives on keeping projects running smoothly? Do you hold Temporary Works and Lifting tickets, and love being at the heart of delivery on complex infrastructure sites? If yes, we want to hear from you.

This is a contract role outside of IR35, offering the chance to work on high-profile clean water pipeline projects in Southeast London. You’ll take ownership on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The Role:
You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, oversee temporary works, and ensure all lifting activities meet safety and quality standards. You’ll coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and engineers, keeping the project on track and within schedule. Your practical knowledge and proactive approach will be key to successful delivery.

Your Profile:

• Experienced Site Agent with a background in civil or clean water projects
• Hold Temporary Works and Lifting certifications
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Confident managing teams and multiple contractors
• Safety-focused, practical, and solution-oriented
