Role Overview
The Site Agent will lead delivery of pipelines, shafts, and heavy civils works. You’ll oversee technical tasks, coordinate on-site engineers and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely and to specification. Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of pipelines, shafts, and civils works from start to finish.
- Oversee trial holes, pipeline surveys, and partial builds.
- Provide accurate technical information to design teams.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and on-site teams.
- Ensure safe, efficient progress and timely reporting.
Essential Requirements
- Strong engineering background with civil engineering experience.
- Experience in pipelines, shafts, heavy civils, or similar environments.
- Ability to deliver tasks independently and take ownership.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Disciplined, practical, and ambitious.
